Service Technicians and Appointments
Our technicians at Ben Bissett Chevrolet are all ASE and GM certified and always available to provide the best advice on the care of your vehicle. They have the most up to date training and tools to service any vehicle. A GM Master transmission technician is on staff to find and correct transmission problems. Our professional approach to service related repairs is committed to getting the fob done right, fast, and at the best possible price.
Appointments

Service is an easy 3 Step process.

1. Call or email our Service Department and explain any maintenace or repair needed.

2. When you arrive for service, meet with the Service Advisor to review your service needs or to point out any specific problems, no matter how minor they may seem.

3. Review the actual repair order which describes your concerns and special instructions. If leaving your vehicle, leave a phone number where we may contact you with a diagnosis or notify you when your service is complete.

Paperwork required for Service:
  • Warranty book and extended warranty papers.
  • Current state registration and insurance cards (required for a PA state inspection).
