For the exterior of your vehicle, consider spraying it off with a hose and then drying it quickly with a large towel. This may not clean everything off your car, but it will look a lot better and will only take you a few minutes.
For the interior of the car, getting all of the trash out is the most important part. Once you have all the trash out, take a damp towel and clean out the cup holders, then wash off any dusty areas. For the seats, you can brush off any debris or dirt onto the floor and then shake out your car mats so that your carpet looks great as well.
