The 2016 GMC was brought in for service because it would not start. It was to also be inspected and we requested that the driver's side windshield wiper be fixed and/or replaced as it was broken.
The technician called stating that the registration had expired and that was all that was needed to finish the work on the truck. The registration was renewed and immediately emailed to the technician. When talking to the technician, it was understood that the truck would be ready to be picked up on Thursday morning.
George was dropped off at 11:00 on Thursday morning to pick up the truck, as agreed.
He was told that the truck was NOT done and the technician had to finish the paperwork and
would not be in the shop until noon. He then waited until after 1:00 in the afternoon for the truck.
It is amazing that no one else in the shop could finish the paperwork. The technician then said that he never told George that the truck was ready. We are not going to argue with who said what, he said, she said. We would have no reason to go in Thursday morning unless we were told that it would be ready.
To top it off, the windshield wiper was NOT fixed/replaced. What kind of inspection was done with a broken windshield wiper.
We bought the truck from Bissetts. We have a maintenance agreement on it and want to continue to have it serviced locally. But, the service we received was unacceptable.
We have a local mechanic that we use for our other vehicles. But, because the truck was purchased from you and the maintenance agreement is through you, we wanted to continue to use Bissetts for all the maintenance on this vehicle.

My oil change and tire rotation took less than 44 minutes. I was waiting for my vehicle so this was a bonus. I also liked the communication through the text from the service manager ( while I was waiting)!

The service department had my new tire in stock within one day. I was called and told to come to the dealership at 1:00 on the 18th of March. I was back on the road within an hour with a replacement tire that matched the other three on our Colorado.
