I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and front windshield wipers. I got the oil change and tire rotation. When I looked at my bill, there was no charge for the windshield wipers. I went back to service and was told they didn't know anything about the windshield wipers. I have the confirmation email from Ben Bissett showing what I wanted. This is the 2nd time I have used the service department and this is the 2nd time I've been disappointed.
